DescriptionThis project was developed following the global project of renovation of Evropeyski Boulevard towards Karl Marks Avenue and along Centralnaya Street. The project includes a pedestrian pavement with greenwork and small architectural forms like benches and a fountain. The site relief is even with a small slope from Karl Marks Avenue. The site area dedicated to the shopping complex is 0.3 Ha. The shopping complex building is formed of two parallelepipeds: a 5-storey granite one is joined by another one of glass which cuts the first one with a rectangular glass wall 9 meters wide and connects to a vertical mosaic wall at the entrance. The entrance is emphasized by an active-looking assembly with a protruding roof made of metal structures. LocationKarl Marx Avenue, 50 Photogallery
